hey the by laws for whitby for reptiles is horrabile we cant even keep ball pythons i want this changed i run a reptile rescue and may lose everything i have worked soo hard to make do to by laws i would like to change the by laws to the same as portperry no limits this must be changed asap!!! its not right that reptiles are beeing put down due to by laws !!
