This washer is junk, unfortunately have had problems since day 1 and customer service would not help. Now having the exact same spin issue others reported. I have been ripped off big time and will never do business with Whirlpool again. they used to be my go-to brand but never again. Quality has diminished and CS will admit the washer has major issues but no recall or compensation.

Cabrio washer less than 3 years old; lightly used for 2 adults. Won't spin.... junk... NEVER AGAIN. Manufacturer knows this.

Same problem. Twice. The first time the lid latch AND the board were replaced, this is now our second time. Sears says this is a recall? Hoping to hear that it's being REPLACED tomorrow from the recall dept! I will NEVER buy another WHIRLPOOL. If you put the washer on drain/spin, that will work for a while, but my motor is making funny noises now too.

Washer will not spin out, after bosun loads into it for new this and that still will not spin out. Should be recalled.
