We wish to object to the Application 12/03742/FUL for the proposed development of six semi-detached 3-storey properties to be constructed from a combination of zinc cladding, glass, coloured render with aluminium window frames together with a separate garage and bin block.

The grounds for objection are:

The development is completly out of character with the surrounding area;

The overdevelopment of the site accommodating at at least 18 vehicles with access only onto a small lane without pedestrian access and at an already hazardous junction with a major road will create a significant danger;

Planning permission for a suitable development has already been granted on two occasions.
