Whhs Dress Code

i’m just doing this for fun... uh haha

The dress code is ridiculous and out dated. Students are supposed to come to school to learn and they can’t do that whenever they’re being forced to go to ISS for the day and can’t even get out when a change of clothes that is appropriate. It is easier to learn in comfort. If giving the opportunity, a more relaxed dress code would leave students more comfortable and ready to learn

the thing with the shorts.... it’s so not fair.

We NEED TO CHANGE THIS DRESS CODE ITS UNFAIR .... AND WE CANT EXPRESS OURSELVES!

I agree the school dress code needs to be changed

To be more successful in your petition, i think you should try to do changes that benefit everyone and not just females.

Clothes are an expression of students and by taking away their choice of clothing, you are taking away part of their creativity. We understand that Harrison County doesn’t want their students to show too much skin but many of the dress code rules are unreasonable.

the dress code needs some major changes. we can’t help the way our body is formed and that little immature boys want to look at it.

Don’t say we can wear leggings and then dress code everyone that wears them.

Even though I’m from Harrison Central, I still want change for both schools. This dress code is too strict!

I believe that most of the rules are fine; but I do believe that hair color, fingertip leangth shirts and atletic shorts/ pants rules should be reevaluated. If you look at the cheer team dress code it contradicts basic handbook dress code.

Piercings should be allowed. Periodt.

can wear shorts that are under finger tip, like they just have to be seen

I don’t see why my shoulders are such a big distraction to the classroom. Boys will stare at you regardless of how much you cover up.

The schools dress code is meant for everyone and not meant to single out girls we can wear this because it distracts the boys, can’t do this because it distracts the boys it’s crazy that we should have to change the way we dress to make sure it doesn’t distract them I can see make sure it’s a reasonable but somethings would be better if the schools dress code was changed

Nike shorts and jeans with holes should be allowed (of course not like huge holes) and leggings
