Whereas the Constitution of the United States of America requires that any candidate for President must be a "natural born citizen", and whereas Barak Obama has refused to provide evidence that he meets this Constitutional requirement, and whereas there is a proponderance of information suggesting that Barak Obama may not be a "natural born citizen", We, the undersigned, hereby petition the Iowa Secretary of State, Michael Mauro, to withhold Barak Obama's name from the electoral college ballot unless he receives irrefutable evidence that Barak Obama complies with the constitutional requirement of being a "natural born citizen." Since the Electors are scheduled to meet on Monday December 15, 2008, we ask that the Secretary of State demand that Barak Obama produce this critical information for public inspection by December 8, 2008.
