PETITION; REQUESTING A THOROUGH REVIEW OF UGRC228 EXAM SCRIPTS*

This is to bring to the attention of your good office the above subject matter for possible investigation and further probing should our claims be confirmed to be within the remit of law.

As students, we often face a barrage of challenges during the academic year. Juxtaposing the difficulty we had to go through before finally registering for UGRC 228(taught by Dr. Edem Adotey) to the nights we spent in the mosquito infested lawns at the N-Block, one would have thought that we, the undersigned, would give up. Fortunately, we persevered despite the inconveniences:regular power outages and the overcrowded lecture hall we encountered.

In addition, Assignments given us were done and submitted in a timely manner as was requested by the lecturer. Through it all, it is needless to mention that the lecturer himself lamented on several occasions of not having a teaching assistant.

Aside the aforementioned, we, the undersigned, make it a must to meet during some weekends based to discuss the materials in great detail.

It is noteworthy that the cohesion was in the affirmative hence the coordinated and expansive deliberations during lecture sessions.

Despite all these efforts, the terminal value was almost non-existent in our end of semester exam results. It is against this backdrop that we humbly seek a redress so as reassess our results since this has been the norm for sometime now.

Our evidence also lies in the fact that the current crop of finalists in the School of Pharmacy suffered similar fate. However, their persistence and activism led to a change which we strongly believe is also due us.

We are counting on your honourable office for to help put this anomaly to rest once and for all.
