Easy access for this disabled woman should be the priority. People that do not regularly deal with wheelchairs have no idea how inconvenient it is navigating in our cities and communities. She should be able to easily navigate her own home and enjoy her front yard. This is a beautifully completed job. Her family should be allowed to make the necessary accommodations for them to enjoy their home.

Equal is not always fair. This lovely family needs to be an exception to your HOA rules so that Susan can have access to safely cross from her driveway to her walkway.

Our HOA needs to be more flexible for home owner needs!!! I can’t see any reason why this should not be approved! If there ends up being a lawsuit we would not support our HOA but support our neighbors!
