In my humble opinion, there should be exceptions to the rules when it comes to handicapped homeowners needing to modify their hardscape in order to provide safe access to their home.

I cannot believe that this has not been approved. Truly sickening. I will also be sending daily pictures of the HOA's lack of maintenance on our common areas landscaping.

Not an unreasonable request for this family to accommodate their disability needs. Seems like an ADA issue that shouldn’t even be questioned at all.

this is pathetic. my uncle and grandma are both disabled and if i were to have something done i see it as we would have the same result and i do not believe that is okay. he should not be getting fined for this. unacceptable.

Have some compassion, this is an individual with disabilities that needs an accommodation. You have to be able to balance the rules with real life scenarios. Approve this upgrade as is!!!
