Wheatland and DuPage Township Residents OPPOSING the Boughton Materials Quarry Re-Zoning and Special Use Permit Request
We the undersigned, as residents of Wheatland or DuPage Townships who reside within two miles of Boughton Material's subject property (Pit #2 Quarry), which is located at the northwest corner of Plainfield-Naperville Road and 111th Street/Hassert Blvd., OPPOSE the Map Amendment (re-zoning) from Agricultural-1 to Industrial-2, and Special Use Permit sought by Boughton Materials to operate a concrete recycling plant, under application 6068-MS.
Heavy Industrial Activities Do Not Mix With 15,000 Residents
Please do not sign the petition, unless you are: A) at least 18 years old, AND, B) a resident within 2 miles of the BMI Quarry at 111th and Naper-Plainfield intersection. Neighborhoods within 2 miles of the BMI Quarry include, but are not limited to: Ashbury, Breckenridge, Brook Crossing, Brookwood Trace, Clow Creek, Crestview Knolls, Harmony Grove, Haverton, High Meadow, Kinloch, Knock Knolls, Prairie Crossing, River Run, Rose Farm Hill, Saddle Creek, South Pointe, Tamarack Fairways, Timber Creek, Whispering Lakes, Willow Ridge, and Winchester Trails. If you do not reside within these neighborhoods, but do reside within 2 miles of the quarry, you are welcome and encouraged to sign.
