There is only one Hudson and that is John Reardon. My family and I have already decided that we won't watch Hudson & Rex unless/until the production does the right thing and brings John Reardon back. John Reardon is a gem: Hollywood handsome but with the humble heart of a Canadian. You can see how much he loved Diesel and I know he would have a similar bond with the new dogs, too. Bring John Reardon back!

There is no Hudson and Rex without Charlie. John Reardon's name is inseparable from the identity of the show. Without him, it rings hollow. What the production is doing right now is disrespectful to the seven seasons of the show that we've watched. To make a bit more money, they are ruining seven seasons worth of storylines. The only way for them to save face is to get John Reardon back.

The show without John Reardon is not the same. The directors need to understand that they can't just replace someone like that especially when he beat cancer. The lack of comunication with the fans didn't help this either.
