My wife of 46 years and I are proud U.T. Austin, Texas Exes. We feel President Powers worked hard to maintain both high research and educational standards during difficult financial times while maintaining excellent communication with both faculty and staff. We feel this politically motivated "take-over" of U.T. would lower the value now offered by a U.T. degree. President Bill Powers has the future of our youth at heart. Keep a winner!
