I live right on 3400 W. I think the traffic will be awful. I would much prefer the proposed park across the street . We went to meetings and supported the park, years ago .

We were told that there was going to be a park is these space. 14 years ago. It seems South Jordan City has one thing on their mind, Build Build and Build multi family high density living where certain developers have the council working on their behalf to fouls on the tax revenues from medium and high density living space bring in. They no longer focus on the negatives that brings, like using the roads in the vista farms and Hearthstone subdivisions that were not design for that volume of traffic. Then there's 3400 West off of 9800 South which is already a nightmare of traffic with school buses plugging up the roads, and the little school kid s crossing those road, and drivers zooming down 9800 South not paying attention to the crossing guards or other cars turning into the school. There has been so many near misses and I have witnessed several just trying pickup my own grand kids from school. We need a park for this neighborhood not more more traffic through the neighborhood.

When we purchased are home, we understood that the land in question was going to be used by the college. This is a total change from that. All I see is an additional number of cars driving through a residential area. At a minimum I see 168 extra cars and more likely double that. I have not heard that the college would give up more ground for the cares to have access to 90th South. I appose this development 100%. Without someone explaining how you move all these people, without affecting the surrounding neighborhood . It seems that a very few people would benefit from this. The majority of the area would lose much.

My yard backs onto 3200 and I'm on the corner too. I've always worried that this street intersection would be very busy. Lots of kids around too. Worried about the traffic this subdivision would create.

There is not sufficient road infrastructure to handle the traffic. South Jordan should stick to the original plan for park and open space. It is sorely needed!

You are not considering the home owners in the neighborhood nor the traffic problem this would cause. A low volume housing project would be much better here. I am strongly opposed to this project!

This not what we need in that field. To many people,not enough accesses that will endanger children that go to the elementary school and to the church. It's wrong development.

The increased traffic on 3400 W and other neighborhood roads would be a hazard for our children and youth who walk to and from Elk Meadows, Elk Ridge, and the bus stop for Bingham. The traffic by Elk Meadows Elementary during drop-off and pick-up times is bad enough already.

When we bought our home 20 some years ago, we were told that the college would expand and it would be a park with tennis courts and play area.

This city is crowded enough. We do not need more housing. If zoned to be a park for families and to keep up property values, that is what it needs to be. Our city needs to be beautified and used to bring families together, not to be used for an already overcrowded area.

South Jordan is going overboard with high density housing and Senior communities. South Jordan government had destroyed the community that we were seeking when we moved here 21 years ago. It's time to stop this over development!
