The council has officially withdrawn the planning application for the White Hart site. I am genuinely stunned by what you all achieved here and none of this would have happened without the determination of this community. Please keep a watchful eye on local news just in case, but for now …
Milton Keynes Council have had a planning application for a 32 bed care home and rehabilitation centre on Whaddon Way, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK3, the White Hart Site (hungry Horse).
The Centre will be for male's aged between 18-65. The residents can be as bad as a C2 Category scizophrenics and mental patients. The Unit isnt going to be secure so unpredictable to say the least!
This site is between 5 schools and will be a danger to the public and not to mention the traffic problems that this will cause. If we do not appeal and get the backing of the community it will go ahead.
Come on people please sign and lets get this development stopped.
I am honestly overwhelmed by how many of you have stepped up to help protect our neighborhood. We are just a few names away from the hundred mark and your energy is the only reason we have made it this far. Please reach out to your neighbors today so we can hit this goal and show how much our community cares.

32 beds in that spot is way too many. The council really needs to think about the people living here before they approve this.

The traffic on Whaddon Way is already a nightmare during school runs. This will just make it impossible for us to get anywhere.

Totally agree. We need to stop this now before they start building. Put it somewhere else where it wont put children at risk.

UNACCEPTABLE. 5 schools in the area and they think this is a good spot? madness.

My kids walk past that site every morning. I am not comfortable with an unsecured unit there at all. Keep our neighborhood safe.

This is a residential area with kids everywhere. Putting this right next to schools is just asking for trouble. Bad idea!
