There is no reason to keep the group disabled if the group was mistakenly doing what is against the rules. Every human being makes mistakes from having contests to not giving an administration report to the users. No one is at fault since this wasn't clear from the beginning, but we still need to give everyone a chance to participate in the community. A mistake will lead to a better understanding...that is my statement.
