this is absolutely true. I work hard and it's ridiculous that my Wgl bill is more that the note and more than at my job!!!!!! Insane

Every month.....the price goes up and NOTHING CHANGES. They advise to keep the thermostat at a certain temperature. ......the bill still goes up. It's one thing to go up $20 from the previous month but a whole $100 plus when NOTHING changed.......well somebody somewhere should be explaining. Paying customers NEVER get a break. Sometimes I honestly feel I'm paying for all the other customers bill. But because I work and don't have any medical issues .....etc.......I have to pay the full price with NO type of assistance.

My budget is even going up and up with no notice and no explanations. This is ridiculous. We aren't home most of the time.

My utilities run extremely high for just a 2 bedroom apartment and all the late fees sucks the life out of people on fixed incomes!

My utility bill is $550 this month and last month over !600! I literally shed tears! It has cause a strain on our finances. We have had audits and did what little he suggested there's no other issue beside the high rates! At this rate my families living is going to be affected!

My usage never changes but my bill does. $109 one month then $248 the next.
