After we moved to atl and got our lights turned off came back to Albany to notice our light Bill had went up on its own

It's sad how much water,gas and light charge you when half of the time nobody at home,they still haven't told me how two months in a row my utility bill was almost five hundred dollars then the third month it's only 163.58,how did it have a big increase like that

Hell.yell they r to be ashamed they over charging people knowing dam well we cant afford to pay these high ass light bill then they dont be wanting to help us out mines fucking $780they wont help me I got to pay the hole dam.amount I dnt have that kind of money my lights been off for a month's in a half something needs to be done about water gas and light they full of shit and if u dont have the money they dont have a problem with cutting ur lights off even if I got kids they still don't fucking care its not right time is hard and they should give people more time and work with us .
