Water, Gas, and Lights of Albany, GA is charging customers too much for services.

They way to damn high. They over charge for everything including residential sewage, and what tha hell is ecc charges?

I behind on rent and car note because light bill jumped up two hundred dollars extra twice

It's crazy how can you get charge for gas when you don't even use gas shaking my head sad

And they need to go in and credit them old bills off. Because they know a final bill should not be five hundred and something dollars especially after you have the to re-read and do a home inspection. If the house is not up to code causing the bill to be high the should bill that bill to the landlord since half of albany have slum lords.

wg&l has been doing this for years and getting away with it, I live in and apartment utilities 452.68, friend lives in doublegate 5 bdr house utilities 163.44, go figure

Its sad one minute my bill 2 or 3 hundred dollars one month then the next month it's doubled like 5 or 6 hundred dollars. No way that's possible

My bill doubled and tripped in the last 3 years and no one's home from 7am til late at night , it's ridiculous!

The service is terrible. My monthly bill is often higher than what I pay for rent. This problem ( high cost of utilities) seems to be worse in East Albany.

Bills are ridiculous and I live in a trailer.

This is hard to live with three and four hundred dollars bills.
