I moved to an apartment and the first bill was $100 and then I got another bill less than a month later for over $200 and I'm never home. The next bill was almost $400. This is ridiculous! Thanks to whoever thought to get this petition started. I would LOVE to use GA POWER!

They charged me a 200 dollar light bill n the lights was off a whole month after i moved...n now i owe credit bureau 600 dollars ...they need have a prepaid light program theyll make more money doing that....

They also need to be reported to the governing authorities that regulate power companies and investigated for the ridiculous prices and non-existing assistance program that they do even have to help people

My light ill is sometime higher than my sister rent I've seen where someone with a different electrical company and way bigger house than mine with a damn pool light bill be lower

It's ridiculous how much my light bill is. Thank god for my job, not complaining but wish it was much lower.

I live alone in a two bedroom apt. My utility bill is higher than a person that lives in a three bedroom house with all electric heat. It is so unfair.

It is a shame how we are getting rail roaded with these rates
Because they have no compation it is a mess how the south side of town is paying 5 and 6 hundred light bills .

Last months bill was 240 and now this month its 264 and we are barely home and everything is off when we leave its crazy!!

Most of the time there is no one at my house and my bills are super high. We turn off all lights and ac... not understanding why it's so high. We sure as hell don't use water as much as my bill says

WG&L is charging way to much for services. Placing fees on bills with no reasonable explanation. No one should have to struggle to pay for services that are needed

I've been paying outrageously high utility bills when it comes to WG&L. Their service is ridiculously high. My utility bill is higher then my rent per month $500 & $600 light bills is not called for. I think the reason that they are doing their customers like this is because they have no competition.
