Water, Gas, and Lights of Albany, GA is charging customers too much for services.

I live in a 1200 square foot home, I keep my air at 80 degrees and keep all my lights off except for the room I am in, I have room darkening curtains which remain closed to reduce the heat, I do not have appliances on including the TV since I no longer have TV service and my bill keeps going up - this month it increased almost $100. I asked for an extension and had to provide proof from my employer that I was on unpaid leave which is ridiculous - I was told they don't give extensions. What a sorry company - I bet when they move to their new building we get more rate hikes

I'm tired of $300-$400 utility bills. It's no way my bill jumps from $200 to $376. Change is needed.

I bearly be home I work twelve hour shifts and my daughter be at school and her aunts house its no way my light Bill should be three dollars a month when no one there

This is ridiculous. We unplug everything when we are not using it. And we're not even home from 8-6. These prices are awful.

My utility bill has never cheap. It is always higher than it should be. I keep my air between 75-78. So you know it's hot in my house. And we keep the lights off and still a high utility bill. Why the late fee have to be $15.00. It used to be $4.00. And we pay for the drainage and the roads still flood when it rains. We need another utility company. Water, Gas, & Light wants customers to pay for new buildings and other stuff want and not need. The City of Albany Georgia don't give a dam about their residence and customers.

I think it's a crime for water,gas,and lights to charge the black people the way they do.I bet no one living in Doublegate bill be as high as ours.

I'm not at home till the weekend and my bill is extremely high.

My utility bill is ridiculous. My household only consists of 1 adult (me) and 2 toddlers there is no way my bill should be $400... Something needs to be done seriously.

My light bill went from 233 to 345 til 480 and my last light bill was 629 smfh.

My light bill is $665 this month.. I got the booklet from WG&L in Albany Ga to see what to put my thermostat on to keep my light bill down and it still didn't work.. requested for someone to come out and look at my meter and I was told no one could come out until Sept 1st but that's when the bill is due.. this is ridiculous

Albany water gas and light has a serious monopoly on their services. Just like phoebe putney. I've never seen such high power bills.

The bills are just too much they should not be charging that much. I wish I could go with another company

Light bill been to high for the last 2 years and its sad when you light bill higher then your rent and my rent is 400 the struggle is real no help if you don't pay they cut you off

Straight ridiculous with no explanation. Do the same thing every month, 1 month its 1 price the next month it triples. Really
