Dear Tri California, We, the undersigned, believe that it is unfair of Tri California to create an environment where the same age group(s), year after year are predisposed to DNF due to time constraints and stoppages which are imposed by the race director. With this petition, we urge you to give equal opportunity for all athletes to finish any and all races that you produce. To that end, specifically, we would like you to rotate the swim waves from year to year, begin the Wildflower mountain bike race after the long course swimmers have completed their swim and/or create equal opportunity to complete the race(s) by any other means that makes sense.
