Dear HOA Board,

The community of Westphalia Row would like to request an urgent HOA meeting as concerns grow. We, the community, were not granted any HOA meetings last year, 2017 despite our request and inquiries. Neighbors have shared a plethora of ideas, questions, comments & concerns between each other personally and also through neighbor to neighbor apps. It is imperative that we are granted an HOA meeting within 60 days of your receipt to this letter as our HOA board. We look forward to your response.
