I have seen this happening in my neighborhood - Broadmoor. It is terrible and we need to stop these absentee owners.

Too many issues with absentee owner rooming houses in westlake olympic section. Parking becomes extremely difficult even in front of my house, loud noise in the late night, seeing strangers walking around and trash and abandoned front lawns. There should city involvement to regulate the rooming houses in this area.

This a neighborhood not an apartment complex. Rooming houses break the fire code. Right there they should be stopped. I've seen them walls built in the middle of a room to fit more people. There should be to exits out of each room. DO WE WANT A GHOST SHIP FIRE IN DALY CITY. I strongly voice they breaking the fire codes among many other laws.

I am a renter. We've lived here for the last seven years. Our landlord lives a block away from our rental home. Parking issues have gotten so much worse in the last few years.

Take back our city from Absentee Landlords. This is OUR Community, not their "investment opportunity!!"

As a 35+ year resident, I have seen the slow degradation of our neighborhood as more homes become absentee owned and multiple rental occupied . It is the responsibility of our local government to see to it that existing code is enforced and modified as necessary to preserve the quality of life in our neighborhoods. I implore the Daly City council to do the right thing and preserve the quality of our neighborhoods for those that live here.

The situation is out of control.

When this happens there are 10 extra cars or trucks taking up a lot of our parking in front of our own home

I am a Westlake resident in this unique community of "Little Boxes". It is a joy to live here. It needs to be preserved as a safe and family-friendly place to live..

Stop Air BnB from taking over single family homes. Daly City is handing out permits to owners that do not and have not occupied the home. A lot of single family homes in Daly City have three or more rooms and mini kitchens in the garage. One house has 5 plus people living there amd each person has a car. Street parking is a nightmare, especially for the elderly and disabled resdidents that have been home owners since the early 50-60s.
