The tennis court above West Portal Station is currently unused, without a net, and in poor condition. It has never been a popular place to place tennis, because the high winds makes it hard to play. I propose transforming the court into a mini soccer court for the local community who are really in need of a place to play. The cost to the city would be nominal and the use would increase 10 fold.
