For over 30 years residents in the Richland neighborhood (West Memphis, AR) have been experiencing drainage problems when it rains. Residents have begged for a solution to this problem as it is unsanitary and a major hindrance! It has cost astronomical amounts of money to the residents due to flooding of property, mitigation costs, plumbing bills, not to mention damages to appliances. We demand a resolve to this problem starting immediately!!!
