I do not support the zoning change. The existing infrastructure (roads, schools, drainage) can not support the additional load. If the development can not proceed with the existing zoning, it should not proceed.

This is the wrong kind of progress for Cobb County. We do not need another subdivision in this area, but we do need to hold on to the wooded and undeveloped spots that are left. Keep Cobb Beautiful!

I have lived in the area off and on since 1992. Moved to the city, collier road area, VA highlands, Chastain park, etc. I moved out to west cobb to escape traffic, pollution, noise, etc. West cobb is becoming increasingly congested. The fight to keep the area unclogged is falling of deaf ears!!!! Half ass yes half ass developments are popping up such as the Parkside development. It's congested inside the development and out. And it looks like a low end est. I can kindly point you to developments inside the perimeter that changed ownership and show you how bad it can get???? Also I have worked in Residential Real Estate since 2001. You want to see what happens when overcrowding in schools happen. Take a visit to VA highlands and see the portable classrooms. If you see only numbers on paper than you are doing a disservice to the community you represent!

West Cobb is becoming as crowded and unbearable as East Cobb. Commissioners, DO YOUR JOB. If you cannot improve infrastructure. stop approving density changes and allowing even MORE traffic to glut our roads. Stilesboro, Due West, Mars Hill... all are becoming a nightmare to travel during commute times. Please do not allow this zoning change.

Totally do not support this zoning change. As stated area cannot handle the burden of additional traffic without major infrastructure changes. This would have a very negative effect on existing residents. Proposal is completely out of line with existing community standards.

Stilesboro Road is a heavily traveled thoroughfare already overcrowded at most of the intersections especially Stilesboro and Due West. This decision personally effects me as this is part of my commute. I am apposed to this development.

Traffic is terrible already! If these builders are granted permission, they need to invest in infrastructure before they walk away loaded and leave the community to pick up the tab on road and/or school expansion. So unfair!

Entirely out of character for this area. Straight R30 or even R20 would be suitable, but NOT the proposed OSC.

The "Open Space" proposed in the site plan can not be built upon whether it's 20 homes or 45. Established residential to the north of this property are almost 1 acre lots and to the south up to 3 acres. This development needs to be compatible as stated in Code.
