Our rights as women are being undermined. Trans women should have their own rights and their own spaces ie changing rooms, toilets and refuge’s.

If you include trans 'women' (biological males) as women how can you be the Women's Equality Party?

The WEP needs to support women and girls first and foremost or it should change its name.

A better petition than the one in the U.S. because it sticks to the single issue and definition of sex discrimination ( "sex" meaning biological sexual differentiation, not sexual pleasure)whereas the petition in the U.S,. muddled the definition of and battle against sex discrimination by including "sexual orientation" within the definition and the battle against discrimination--and oppression and exploitation-- on the basis of sex. does

Please keep your work vibrant on this - the harrassment and bullying associated with this sector is extraordinary ! And really requires rapid attention and the hiring of a dedicated worker and researcher to shore up the understanding of how to respect diversity without collapsing safety and the work of protecting natal girls progression into a fully empowered and safe world

Please stay with your supporters who fight against sex based discrimination and who want to maintain rights and protections for women. Women's debates are being protested, we are being threatened, we are losing our jobs even just for discussing women's sex based oppression around the world. Please stay with us, stand up for us.

If you are called the Women’s Equality Party but include men in your definition of women they you cannot truest be for women.

We need the WEP to recognise that women are exploited, harassed and discriminated against due to our sex, not some undefined feeling in our heads. If something as nebulous as 'gender identity' was the cause of our oppression, we'd have been able to identify out of our oppression years ago. Suffragettes could have just told women to identify as voting men, Ford workers in Dagenham could have identified as better-paid male workers and girls still subjected to FGM today could scream, 'but I feel male in my head, you bigot!' The fact that none of this was or is possible is proof that the WEP need to concentrate on sex not gender if they are ever going to be of relevance to women.

The Women’s Equality Party needs to stand up for women, who are oppressed due their bodily sex, not due to unverifiable and undefinable internal feelings. What is the point of the party otherwise?

Women’s sex based rights need to be protected before they’re eroded forever.

It really is a simple thing to understand. When a child is born without one clear defining sex characteristic then the matter is complex and not open to policymakers but open to medical people, parents and the child / young person themselves. The law we have based around protected sex characteristics should not be muddied or confused due to a medically termed condition such as I understand gender dysphoria to be. If a 3rd space is needed; if a 3rd protected character is needed then do it but not at the expense of any other sex. I am a woman and I do not know what it 'feels' like to be a woman; I just am. I similarly do not know what it feels like to be my neighbour, my mother, my sister, my daughter - all women - because they are not me. There is no 'feeling' like a woman. You either are or you are not, the only exception being the complexity of the child born as both. Please please see how simple this is. Please please understand how needed sex based rights & protection are.

The Women's Equality Party must live up to its name and support women's rights. Otherwise it is utterly pointless as an organisation
