I strongly believe Arsene's time for stepping aside was three years ago. I now hate his tactics, poor substitutions and constant failure, especially in similar fashions. It's only incompetent people that cannot learn from their previous mistakes. If Wenger has lost to Barcelona and Bayern Munich for the last eight seasons, and in similar fashion, then he is no longer competent. He should step aside with Sanogo, Gabriel, Conquelin, Monreal, Gibs, entire coaching staff. We should see a team like Monaco, not investing heavily but with pure young talent, playing very fast and attractive football, it's when one can realise how much Wenger is a failure now.

No new contract, club has gone stale, had a season ticket for 24 years, this is the first time I am seriously considering not renewing
