After years of repeated failure we must make real change. The club has been guilty of letting standards drop. There is no excuse, we should be competing for the title but are further away from success there than ever before. The manager is only part of the problem here, the board, CEO and chairman should take equal blame. The mentality has been second best is ok and that over many years has festered to now looking at 4th as an achievement. There's so much wrong here and let's be honest the footballs not even great. No leaders off the pitch and none on it either. We need a manager who will build from a strong defensive base and start getting the foundations right again. I've supported arsenal since 1978 and can tell any fan that hasn't experienced the club without this current hierarchy and manager is was great, even the bad times were never this bad. So no fear, make change and let's put pressure on the board to start doing the jobs.

Thank you for the first 15 years, the success and the integration into a new stadium. However the last 6 years have not been good enough. over £200m invested in the team and not a single title challenge, no progression in CL and the overal end of season points tally is the same. When did we last make 80 points? Constantly renewing contracts for those not good enough. Yaya Sanogo in the CL squad? Mertesacker hasnt played all year, less than Holding and he gets a new contract? cocquelin has played less than 100 games for arsenal but will be in his 10th year at the club next season! how has he got so many contract renewals? To many players are at the club who are either not needed (Jenkinson, debuchy sanogo elneny, campbell) or not good enough (Monreal, Gabriel, sczszny, chambers, mertesacker, cocquelin). Those 11 players and some more im sure, probably cost the club in excess of £30-35m a year in wages alone.
the squad needs an over haul, the team needs leaders and the responsible party is Wenger. Thank you for everything, you are a legend for every and always, but we need a new manager and new leaders.

His continued presence is damaging the club.
