Wendy is a terrific individual who uses the highest integrity when dealing with professionals/residents. She has done tremendous work for Bayou on the Bend and was able to put together a home-like community for all the residents. A sense of urgency and empathy are some of her best characteristics. Any company could easily call her an asset once on board. As a resident of Bayou on the Bend, I don't want her going anywhere and believe that she is an important part of our community. Wendy is more than a "leasing agent" or an "assistant manager" ---- in my eyes she has kept our community together and is a to-go person for all the residents.

Hard to imagine the management would lose their best communicator.

Wendy was the first person I met when I walked into BOTB. It was 30 minutes before close, yet she didn't rush our tour and made sure all my questions were answered. I only ever introduced myself once, and from that day until this one, she has known my name. She's friendly, professional, knowledgeable and after living in many apartments in Houston, I can say with certainty that she is the best leasing agent/complex rep I've ever interacted with. She is a huge reason why I chose to live here. Allied Orion Group would be doing themselves and all the residents (present and future) a disservice by letting her go. That would also make a terrible first impression of AOG on the residents judging by the comments here.

To say that Wendy is an asset to Bayou on the Bend is a huge understatement. She is so much more than just an asset. I've been in the building 3 years, so I've known Wendy from day one. She consistently goes above and beyond her job duties to be helpful, to keep us residents informed of issues with the building, and is a positive, upbeat, cheerful presence in the management office. It would be a ridiculous business decision for Allied Orion Group not to keep Wendy right where she is. To keep Wendy - with her knowledge and professionalism - would be a very smart move for the new owner not just for the obvious management reasons, but also in terms of tenant satisfaction and happiness.

Haven't been here long but Wendy I've dealt with many over the year and Wendy is definitely a step above. Don't let her go!

It is my sincere belief that Wendy is one of this properties strongest assets and it would be truly disappointing if the new management team were unable to retain her.

We have always admired her professionalism. We actually came back after having moved out after our first lease was up because we found that other places did not compare along w/ the treatment received from the staff, mainly Wendy.

She is a wonderful asset to the community. She is always kind and caring when I have an issue. We would be very discouraged to see her leave, and would lower the morale of the living community. Please make a wise decision in keeping Wendy as part of the bayou on the bend team.

My girlfriend and I live on the 5th floor. We strongly agree Wendy needs to stay at bayou on the bend. If anyone knows exactly what needs to be done on this property it is her. She was/is all the hope bayou on the bend can give us. It only makes logical sense from a business stand point to keep at least one knowledgeable person who knows everything that needs to be fixed/improved. She knows the building, and she is actually great. Loosing Wendy is like loosing a diamond. She is literally the best.
