We do not want our dues going to this frivolous lawsuit! We are against this suit because they have not brought down our property values by building this nice pool house. There are others that have pool houses in WW, ourselves included. They were approved by people on the board at the time so why is this one such a problem? A couple winters ago we had a broken mailbox from the city snow plow and called and emailed people on the board and it never got fixed. We are lucky enough to have an awesome neighbor who fixed it for us. The association never followed up with us or tried to fix it and it looked pretty bad. But now the board is quick to go after good people who just wanted to have a nice place to hang by their pool with family and friends. Shame on our association...let's deal with the people who truly bring down the value of our neighborhood, not the ones who enhance it. We were unable to sign the petition. It kept saying our signature couldn't be recorded at this time. But my husband and I want our names on it. Amy & Bob

I took the time to draft the very long, supportive email tonight, only to find out that sending it proved invalid. Please let me me know where I can send that will get to the right people!! Btw, haven't seen a booklet or mission statement in 21 yrs! Wouldn't have a clue what that includes. Maybe time to draft another one, but not with these gestapoes!!

Ohio law states that if one resident in a neighborhood is allowed to have a structure and the leniency of the law is granted to them then all are allowed. They are trying to make an example of us. Where will they stop? This lawsuit is totally unfair and they are being poor stewards of the associations money.
