wells fargo has been notorious in the past with mine and other peoples accounts, where the check card purchases and checks go in to the account first. They have intentionaly charged my card before processing my check which has resulted in numerous overdraft fees. I have talked to many people who have accounts with wells fargo, and has noticed the same things going on with their accounts. I am starting this petition as a first step for a class action lawsuit, to have them stop the annoying overdrafts that occur for me and others with said bank. I feel that what they are doing is intentional to make wells fargo more revenue, which is in my opinion unfair and wrong.
