Our uniforms are dark, depressing and uncomfortable. They also confuse our patients as to who is clinical and who is not. Not good for employee morale.

Yes! Wear your on scrubs! Kids like bright colors,patterns and so on. The everyday solid color scrub suck!

I see no benefit having uniforms in a primary care office . It does nothing for patient care.

Wearing our own scrubs gives us the chance to show our personality & when you work with kids, they like to see the characters & colors.

It is very depressing using the same dark colors 5 days a week also the material is cheap & uncomfortable!
