I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people feel the same way about our work uniforms. It is clear that I am not the only one looking for a little bit of comfort and personality during our shifts.

I see no benefit having uniforms in a primary care office . It does nothing for patient care.
Wearing our own scrubs gives us the chance to show our personality & when you work with kids, they like to see the characters & colors.

Yes! Wear your on scrubs! Kids like bright colors,patterns and so on. The everyday solid color scrub suck!

Our uniforms are dark, depressing and uncomfortable. They also confuse our patients as to who is clinical and who is not. Not good for employee morale.
