St Martins walk has never really got off the ground and this should revitalize it. We are losing pubs in Dorking hand over fist so we should welcome a new one opening.

As a regular visitor to Dorking I support this application, Wetherspoons keep their beers well and offer a great range of real ales at affordable prices. They are also popular with the elderly during the day for a place to meet and grab some cheap food. Bring it on !

As someone who has lived in Dorking his whole life, and been forced to pay upwards of £4.50 a pint, I'd like to welcome some cheaper competition to the high street.

I totally support any business that is going to bring a bit of life into Dorking. If I don’t like it, I don’t have to go there! But we definitely need to do something to bring back to life our dying town!

Dorking high street is slowly dying, we should welcome investment like this. Wetherspoon's are a successful company, it is not in their interest run a pub that does not suit Dorking
