For years I have been watching the worst, boring, tasteless halftime shows from "Up With People" to "Nipplegate" to dusting off aging rock stars like The Who and the Rolling Stones. Now Madonna has been dusted off and we get to see the antics of a senior citizen skank grinding and lip syncing songs that mattered when MTV played videos. Weird Al would bring back entertainment to the halftime and I believe it is time he gets his due on the biggest stage in Sports. Show your support and sign the petition and show Roger Goodell that We Want Weird Al for SuperBowl 47. thank you.

The emails I send to the league office continue to go unanswered but I keep trying anyway. It is exhausting to fight against the status quo of stale halftime shows while people tell me this is a waste of time. I am not ready to walk away from this yet.

Reaching this level of support feels surreal given how much people laughed at this idea when I first started. It has been an exhausting road so far but seeing this momentum grow makes the skepticism worth it.
