I called water district they can allow one time pool fill for new construction
I hope they’ll consider cleaning our pools due to hurricane Harvey damage and mud slide

The water and sewage destroyed our pools and that was because city wanted to open reservoirs to save others.
No objection to that but city should pay for its decision no us.

We need this. Pool had to be emptied to get rid of sewer water!
City contractor destroyed the sprinkler lines and much water was lost to the street!

Unfair to have to pay City for water required to recover from a Gov't-caused flooding of our home, AND City workers busting our main pipes when collecting debris. Adding insult to injury.
