Let's bring weekly recycling pick-up back to Huntersville!

We generate more recycling than trash. Would love to see weekly recycling implememted in our town!

We generate more recycling than regular garbage each week and there is a need to increase the frequency. With most products and packing focused on using recyclable materials, would think most households that are focused on disposing according are in the same position.

I agree that we need to do something about the recycling situation as I too tend to have far more recycling waste than trash. Even if we could get bins or put extra recycling out in a box next to the can I think it would be helpful.

I almost always have much for recycling for pick up. Once a week pick up of recycling would be fantastic

YES, Please!........ and picking up leaves curbside three times yearly needs to be considered as well.

Weekly recycling would be great or bigger cans at the very least. Charlotte has larger/taller cans. They hold more and are easier to roll due to not having to push down so far for front to clear the ground.

I have more recycling than garbage. It makes sense to have recycling collection every week.

I would love to see us change legislation to require businesses to recycle. An incredible amount of recyclable material is thrown away every day, especially at eating establishments, because there are no bins for glass and plastic bottles. Whole Foods is a great model of what COULD be done.
