I have finished compiling the final RSVP list to provide to the caterer and the venue coordinator. Once the planning committee reviews these names I will send out the formal venue details to everyone who signed.

The response to the invitation list has exceeded our initial venue capacity estimates. We are currently meeting with the catering coordinator to adjust the headcount requirements and finalize the guest overflow plan.
