I much preferred Webkinz World in its older days than in its newer ones and this is one of many reasons for that. Webkinz X brings multiple changes, but many either do little to nothing to improve the experience or actually make things a bit less enjoyable. I would recommend Ganz, while I appreciate their work & intentions, go by the motto, "If it isn't broke, don't fix it."

I loved webkinz when I was little. It was simple, easy, fun, and fast. It wasn't laggy at all. Now all of the old games are deluxe membership only. Most of the games are. I cant enjoy my childhood game anymore.

You guys clearly did not think this through. Now there are just too many things that do not work anymore. Please just go back before you lose any more customers.

I like the original Webkinz. I use to play daily, but now I am lucky to try and log in once in a while. Bring back the old Webkinz.

I'm an adult who kept playing long after the children in my family abandoned the site. I miss being able to unwind at the end of the day by spinning the wheel of wow, taking care of my garden, and making sure all the pets were healthy. Now, I can't understand how to play and am not even sure if the site is even loading properly for me. I've gone from playing nearly every day to trying to log on again once a month since the change. I really miss the charming, simple place Webkinz used to be, and it sort of bugs me that my pets are probably hungry and my garden is dead. I will try a few more times to play the site, but if my frustration continues, I will have to leave. Ah, Tile Towers..I miss you almost as much as I miss my garden. :(

Webkinz X is definitely not as good as the old Webkinz. It is ridiculously laggy, and I'm pretty sure everyone agrees that the old Webkinz was easier to use, and more fun. I will stop playing Webkinz if this does not get resolved.

Just logged on for my kids the other day after not playing for a while, and NOTHING works right. I'd like to see them go back to the old format, or at least give users a choice to use the format they'd prefer.
