Gayot Review
Splitz Grill Restaurant Review: The word is out about this longtime locals' favorite burger bar, and the person next to you customizing their burger could be from almost any part of the world. After a day on the slopes skiing or mountain biking, Splitz Grill sates everyone's mountain-size appetites. Start with your burger of choice: the Legendary Splitz beef burger or a patty of chicken, turkey, lamb, buffalo, teriyaki salmon, a Bavarian smokie or spicy lentil. Next, choose from a cavalcade of toppings like baba ghanouj, hummus and roasted garlic mayo, plus sauerkraut, chili, and an array of greener offerings such as sprouts, banana peppers, salsa and kosher pickles. There's a vegetarian sandwich, too. Side orders of thick house-cut fries or poutine smothered in gravy and cheese always disappear quickly. Beer and creamy shakes slake thirsts and classic ice cream sundaes, floats, cones, and a caramelized banana split round out the list of sweets.
