Other than the recalls, my 21 Sahara 4xe has been a great vehicle and I hope to be able to continue believing this for many years to come

My Jeep doesn’t have the recall, yet, but leaving customers out to dry like this without the selling point of charging a 4xe is absurd.

Just started looking at other makes since I cannot use my Jeep as intended. I love my Jeep, but could love my Bronco, Tacoma, or Defender as well. I want to use the vehicle that I am paying for in the way that it was intended when I purchased it.

We want to charge our 4xe

I’m 38 years old and this is my family’s 6th Jeep (second Wrangler, first 4xe). My loyalty to Jeep remained after the first and second recalls, however I’m becoming increasingly concerned with the safety of this vehicle and the willingness of Jeep to do right by their customers.

I love my Jeep 4xe and want to keep loving it forever!

We want all of our 4XEs to be reliable and covered by warranty

I want my vehicle to be safe.

While my 4xe Rubicon is my second Jeep Wrangler, if this recall is not resolved soon my trust will be lost in Jeep. I expect it will be my last Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler product in that case. Make this right.

Jeep needs to support there current customers if they hope to attract new customers! Who will buy a product knowing that the manufacturer does not make their customers whole !?

I am paying full price for a vehicle I can’t use to its full capability and worried about the future it holds once out of warranty

Personally I feel I’m paying for a vehicle with functions I can not use and that annoys me to no end

Either buy back my jeep or fix it soon please

Jeep should also reimburse us for the gas we've had to buy in lieu of charging all this time
