Stellantis was to go all electric. As an avid Jeep fan, I bought a new ‘23 Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve 4Xe to help with fuel efficiency over my ‘23 Rubicon V6 and now my ‘24 392 Rubicon. If Jeep can’t help me with with my recall happy 4Xe and potential fire risks from the steering pump, I have purchased my last vehicle from any Stellantis brand. Thanks for my $68K paper weight.

I bought this vehicle to improve the fuel economy from my 2020 V6 Grand Cherokee. Now that I cannot charge I am getting ~20% worse mileage than the V6. We should be compensated for the additional fuel that we are using and Stellantis should not be able to call it a hybrid if it cannot maintain the fuel economy of the V6.

Level 1 charger if connected overnight and crosses 100% kills the main battery which needs to be jump started evrytime it happens .
We need a solution to this ASAP. Plug-in hybrid for now reason

It's ridiculous that I paid this much money for a vehicle that I cannot use the charging feature. Ill never buy a jeep product again. Thanks stellantis for letting me down.

I’m leasing specifically to ease the cost of gas and now that is all I can run on. Stelanus should be sending gas stipends every month until the issue is fixed as well as extending warranties.

My Jeep was broken into by a bear when I parked it outside. Now I have console damage on top of having to park outside during the long snowy season :( Not OK!!!!
