It’s time to strongly improve your customer services !!!

Heading into a deep winter here in Minnesota is not going to be fun without charging & parking restrictions! I have a 21' Rubi 4XE & do want to keep this. Batteries obviously have issues & a replacement & extended warranty would be beneficial to Jeep & the customers & promote the future of Jeep & Jeep enthusiasts!

Please extend the warranty. Better yet, take care of the customers and fix this problem however necessary.

Please extend our warranty with all the recalls and experiences we've had to deal with on the manufacturer's behalf.

Please help up in this matter! We all love our vehicles and want to be able to enjoy them as long as we were supposed to!

I have a 4XE that is supposed to be our flagship company vehicle. Warranty issues have really put limitations on demonstrating the vehicle’s capabilities and potential. I believe in future technologies and want the 4XE to be a successful introduction to electrification, but so far despite the platform’s promise, I would call it an abject failure and a disservice to the movement toward renewables and decarbonization. Shame on Stellantis.
