We want to be compensated for Mr Raguz' 1 month sick leave
Several classes have been unfairly penalised for their rooms revenue management course. Indeed Mr Raguz has been absent for a full month. We believe this is unfair compared to other classes who have been receiving all the necessary contact periods in due time.
Furthermore this prevents the students from preparing the IP properly, which accounts for almost half of the grading for semester 4.
The manner in which the school management has handled this matter is totally unworthy of the worlds top hotel management school.
We want more than just apologies.
-Longer deadlines for the IP project;
-Solutions to make our final assessment fair to all classes;
-Standard procedures in order to prevent future similar cases.
