By cancelling the NHL's participation in the 2018 Winter Olympics, once again the NHL owners and Commissioner Gary Bettman have failed to remember who ultimately pays the bills for any major sports team or league.

The Olympics represents a chance for the best athletes in any sport to compete against each other and hockey should be no different. We as a fan base of the NHL hereby demand that the NHL reverse its decision to not allow NHL players to attend the Winter Olympics in South Korea in 2018.
