filed 1/20 accepted 1/21 can't view transcripts cause of ipsu message for Id theft. they dont know why I have this message no one can remove it. bars gone 2/6 and still no info. Claimed notice sent 1/26 never received done with this mess

I filed on 1/21. I was accepted on 1/21 at 11:37am via text from IRS. I filed with TurboTax. On 2/5 I noticed that my bars were missing. On 2/6 I checked my transcripts to find codes 150, 766, 768 and code 570 which is a freeze code; also a cycle date of 20150602. I have not received a letter from the IRS and it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to reach a rep. When you are able to reach a rep, they are rude, they have no knowledge in regards to what is going on, or both! This is getting to be too much. I have NEVER had to wait more than 2 weeks for a refund with little to no information.

This is ridiculous. We are told to file early only to be delayed for months. Its not fair to be given no explanation as to why we need to wait. Each time a call is placed to the call center, a new excuse is given from being under a review, to wait 6 to 8 weeks, to wait 90 days..it's ridiculous. What is the hold up, no one seems to know. NO hesitation taking the money from my pay but much hesitation returning what's owed to me. IF I owed the IRS, they would charge me interest but when they owe me I am paid no interest and a run-around.. This is not right one bit. How does the IRS pay out so much in fraudulent returns but my legitimate return is held with no explanation. Not fair at all and this matter needs to be addressed on a higher scale. This is a huge problem.
