Owner of Prynce. Its so sad to keep paying him out when he ran away from home. He was always been good look after but when visitors come and leave they didn't lock our gate. Why is it costing too much to get him from Shelters and I am sure its the same as other dogs.

I have dogs and other livestock/pets of my own and I would devastated if I had any of them stolen.
