The dogs that go missing on a regular basis are not just pets, they are family members and leave behind a greiving family. There should be more time and funding put towards cracking down on illegal breeding, dog fighting and onsale of stolen dogs and punishment for those involved.

My little chihuahua went missing at the same time as pepe, I have been told that he was given to a mob members family and that if I go looking for him he well be used as bait because-quote "thats what they do with little mutts" I am from the BOP/waikato area.
