Before i signed the contract for my house and land i was put on the phone to a Brian Mullet and was told that within a few years other providers for internet would be available, that was over five years ago and still nothing. It is affecting my business with all these drop outs and is expensive compared to others. I have foxtel and a mobile with Telstra and could save money if i could get a package if i could get there Internet.

I have just moved here and was shocked to learn there was no freedom of choice for internet provider and phone service. We are paying more than twice as much per month than our previous isp service. Not fair, not right! Happy yo sign and hope others do too to make change.

I sighn this petition in the hope to change the internet options in Sandhurst. Hopefully in the future we would be able to have more options other than Clublinks with better customer are and faster internet with better prices !!

we want to be able chose who we want to use as our provider, our wireless is costing way to much but is cheaper than Clublinks!! When the house was being built the package said it was Telstra Fibre Optics!!!

We run 2 wifi's in our home as Clublinks is down too often and it interrupts our work. It's costly and sucks! Oh and the 'other' wifi (starts with T ends with 'stra') is NEVER down!

Whilst Clublinks provides a reasonable service it is unreasonable to monopolize and not allow consumers freedom of choice

sick of Internet issues without 24 hour, 7 day a week assistance. Constant drop outs or no service and no other option for providers for competitive pricing or package deals on bundles.
