I joined OTF to up my fitness game. However, very shortly after starting to become a regular it became an extended family. This family started with the coaches, with Alexa running the charge! She brings everyone together, she makes everyone want to be a better athlete, she is the reason A LOT of us go there. She knows how to coach each and everyone of us as individuals, not as a group fitness class. I am very upset to hear that she had been mistreated and not respected by the studio manager and the owner. Alexa is a huge part of LoLa and an even bigger part of why most of us workout there. Change is needed.

I choose to be part of the OTF family for not only the fitness but more importantly, the community. I choose to spend my time with coaches who bring fun, passion and knowledge to each and every class. These coaches are equal members of the family and it saddens me to hear the treatment is far from fair/ethical/kind/etc.
I want our community back and that starts with open communication and 360 degree reviews of all parties involved. Please listen to your members and witness the true experience.
